Job Title: biz-events Telesales and CoordinatorReports to: Solutions Director Job Purpose: Monitor and report on the biz-events sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract signature, correlated to individual sales managersEnsure that the Customer Relationship Management system, ACT, is properly maintained and generate accurate, timely reports as required
Proactively generate leads for biz-events and ensure that they are assigned appropriately to sales managers Plan and execute biz-event telesales campaigns to market all biz-event products within the Region as required to meet sales targetsFollow-up with existing clients as required, by phone, e-mail or other means in accordance with the Account Management plan Ensure that sales managers are equipped with the necessary sales collateral and material Draft biz-event proposals Knowledge and Experience:
