Assistant Manager - Employee Relations

One of the leading organisations in the region is expanding their HR team strategically and is looking to hire a highly experienced Employee Relations Assistant Manager.

Based in stunning city based offices you will be reporting to the HR Director being responsible for setting up and managing the employee relations function within the organisation. The main areas of coverage that you will be focusing on are employee retention, performance management, attendance management, conflict resolutions, employee engagement and reward and recognitions.

Applicants must have worked in the region with 3-4 years experience at this level working for a large, multinational organisation with over 1,000 employees. You must have knowledge of UAE labour law, counselling experience, conflict resolution, ability to optimise use of technology with knowledge of HR KPI’s. Strong communication skills are also essential. HR Generalists/ Managers will not be considered, only candidates who currently working specifically within Employee Relations ideally with a psychology background.
