The President supervises the affairs of the Council and represents the Council in external relations. The President presides over all meetings of the Council and the Board of Directors and is responsible for implementing the decisions of the Board of Directors.

The Vice President, Membership is responsible for membership development and membership services.

The Vice President, Programs is responsible for the programs of meetings and events of the Council.
Vice President, Financial Affairs and Treasurer
Bill Hickey
The Vice President, Financial Affairs and Treasurer is responsible for all financial receipts, disbursements, accounts, financial records and reports.
Vice President, Legal Affairs and Secretary
John Podgore
The Vice President, Legal Affairs and Secretary is responsible for all documents and records of the Council and all relationships with legal counsel or legal consultants.
